It’s time to groove in the flow of your daily soap. Let’s see what’s in store for you this week.

Bade Achhe lagte hain: – Problems with Kartik’s child has surfaced and Ram is all keen to give it away to an orphanage. Watch the episode when Kartik collapses and will be wheeled to the ICU. Everyone is shell shocked, as they watch Kartik being admitted.

Devon Ke Dev-Mahadev:- Gajdanav continues to wreck havoc at Varanasi. It is creating chaos by killing and injuring including property and lots of rishis. Though Naradji is worried about Gajadnav, its Mahadev, who reacts. He comes and slays it throwing trident on it.

Diya aur baati hum:- Watch the episode when Babasa tell bhabo that she is not worried about Chavi’s engagement being called off. Instead, she says she herself was about to break the matka.

Madhubala:- Romance is at its zenith and RK and Madhubala are seen romancing and playing naughty tricks again. The next episode will see RK playing a trick at Madhu by holding her right hand at dinner table and telling her to pass the parathas. Madhu does that with ease as she’s a lefty and not one with right hand skill.

Na Bole Tum Na Maine Kuch Kaha 2:- Something fishy is about to happen as the ‘haldi rasam’ begins.  Watch the next episode, when Mohan senses something wrong and calls Beera, but fails to get through. Everyone is worried. Meanhwile, dada will tell Ragini that Beera will not marry Navika as it was just a revenge masterplan.

Balika Vadhu:- Jagiya is released from the hospital and finally is at home.  However, Saachi is all fuelling Sumitra’s mind with new found fears about the risk to Jagiya’s life due to Ganga’s in laws, who had hit Jagiya at the first place. Watch her scheming wrong feeling in the heart of Bhairav and the rest of the family members about Ganga.

Zee TV is all set to bring “Jodha Akbar” on Television

One would normally associate Ekta Kapoor to present family dramas and soap operas on television. But this time she is all set to enter a new territory. Yes, Ekta Kapoor is all set to recreate ‘historical magic’ with Jodha Akbar. Zee Tv has already managed to impress the audiences with “Jhansi Ki Rani”. The show is produced by TV Czarina Ekta Kapoor of Balaji Telefilms. And are hoping that this too will manage to impress the television audience.

 

Let’s try to find out more about this new attempt. In such serials the cast is considered to be the most important. Talking about the plot, Jodha Akbar is a sixteenth century love story about a political marriage of convenience between a Mughal emperor, Akbar and Rajput princess, Jodha. As these two characters of Jodha and Akbar will be the main lead of the show. So let’s find out more about the characters that will be seen on Television.

19-year-old Rajat Tokas will be seen playing the lead role as Akbar.  He had earlier worked with Ekta Kapoor in “Tere Liye”. He is an expert in martial arts and horse riding. Paridhi Sharma will be seen to play the role of Jodha.  Ashwini Kalsekar aka Jigyasa for Ekta Kapoor’s show Kasamh Se will play the role of Maham Anga, Akbar’s primary caretaker & protector. And Chetan Hansraj will play the pivotal character of Adham Khan, who is the foster brother of Akbar & son of Maham Anga. Ishita Vyas will play the role of Moti Bai, Jodha’s Friend. She was last seen in Bade Achhe lagte hain.

Does this new entry mean that Rab Se Sona Ishq, which is presently placed at the 8 PM slot will either be shifted to a new slot or will be shut? Well, time will only tell. But the show is set to premiere on June 18, 2013 and airs every Monday to Friday at 08:00 PM IST. Bingo guys! It’s time to plan your entire week around your most awaited programs. Let’s get started with what’s in store for you in the forthcoming episodes.

 

Diya aur baati hum:- Shop vandalism and mystery behind it is what Sandhya is aiming to clear in front of Bhabho. Watch the forthcoming episode where she will be telling the truth to Bhabho about the culprit behind the shop vandalism, while Emily will be clearly frightened.

Madhubala:- Finally marriage is over and all’s well. Well, that’s what seems in Madhubala’s life. Watch the forthcoming episode where the duo will be in their reception, on a stage, while RK will signal Bittuji, about something. It’s the surprise gift for his wife Madhu.

Balika Vadhu:-Love is turning Sanchi into a jealous person. Watch the next episode when her irritation will look evident with Ganga’s caring attitude towards Jagiya. However, though Anandi will extend her hand for help, she will withdraw it on seeing Jagiya in good hands.

Na Bole Tum Na Maine Kuch Kaha 2:- It’s engagement of Beera and Navika, but things are all for a turn. Watch the next episode when Mohan will be suspicious of Beera, when he sees him talking to Daddaji on phone. The ring exchange also seems a little suspicious to Mohan, who finds Beera saying that the engagement ring doesn’t fit Navika.

Bade Achhe lagte hain:- Kartik’s mistake is now being well hidden by his mother, but Shipra and Sudhir are in for a shock when they will encounter police in their home, telling them that their daughter in law has filed an FIR against their in-laws for violence. This time along with the in-laws, even Priya will be in for some shock!

Sapne Suhane Ladakpan Ke:-Merrymaking and wedding celebrations are on cards for Mayank and Gunjan. Watch the episode where Shail will break into dance on ‘chalka’ and Seema hand over the keys back to Shail, shocking Maasi and Sangeeta.

Qubool hai:- Things are still sour in between Zoya and Tanveer as both are trying desperately to prove their mettle. Watch how the cat fight continues between the girls for Asad.

Saraswatichandra: – The show is all set to become more interesting with Danny’s entry now. Watch the forthcoming episode, when Danny will set a good rapport with his step brother Saras and also his would-be bride Kumud. In addition to this, Saras, in an effort to dress his would be, will get a gift for Kumud, where kumud gets annoyed.

Dil Ki Nazar Se Khoobsurat and Rab Se Sona Ishq are soon going to end.

Sony and Zee TV are ready to axe their recently launched daily soaps. Sony TV‘s Dil Ki Nazar Se Khubsoorat and Zee TV‘s Rab Se Sona Ishq are soon going to end.

Khoobsurat has been getting very low TRP’s consistently. Khoobsurat was launched with a promising star cast – Saumya Seth and Rohit Khurana who proved their mettle from their previous shows Navya and Uttran respectively. But, this show couldn’t pick up in the TRP race and hence fell flat on the popularity chart.

The show was supposed to go off air in June but, now it has got an extension till August end this year. Sources informed us that there will be many changes in the storyline to boost the TRP of the show atleast for sometime.

A little birdie also told us that as soon as Khoobsurat will end, Optimystix’s much awaited show Saas Bina Sasural 2 will replace it. And guess who will be the female lead of this show?? You guessed it right, none other than your favorite bahu Aishwarya Sakhuja who will again don the role of Toasty.

Saas Bina Sasural will has bagged 7.30m pm slot.  Well seems things are not as bright for Saumya as for her cousin Ragini Khanna who is more popular than her. We hope both Rohit and Saumya end up getting a stable serial.

The other show to be axed is Zee TV‘s Rab Se Sona Ishq starring Ekta Kaul who is currently seen as a contestant on Jhalak Dikhla Jaa 6. This daily soap has been in news recently for a giant leap. But now the show is soon going off air in June itself.

Hmm… Seems like the production house really had a tough time dealing with the actors of this serial as earlier Karan Malhotra aka Daljeet left the show and Ekta Kaul also threatened to quit the show. The star cast was not happy with an abrupt leap and playing old parents to teenagers at such an early stage of their career.

Ok, looks like Ekta Kaul’s wish has come true at the right time as now she will have just one show in her kitty which is Jhalak and now she can put all her energy and time into rehearsing. Other leading ladies in Jhalak should be beware of her. Shweta and Drashti are two strong contenders from the same fraternity but now Jhalak‘s journey will be easier for Ekta.

Sources tell us that it will be replaced by Ekta Kapoor’s historical mega saga- Jodha Akbar. Our insider also informed us that Jodha Akbar‘s episodes are still not ready. We wonder how Zee TV will manage to axe RSSI too soon when there is nothing to fill its void. Let’s see, what happens till June 20 as this is the date when RSSI will be ending officially.

We tried contacting the producers of both the shows but they were not available to comment.

There are rumours of two more shows to be axed- Hitler Didi and Ek Hazaaron Mein.. But we will come back with more information soon. Zoya’s cute and innocent acting make her different from the rest of lead actresses.

Zoya Ahmed Farooqui played by beautiful and effervescent Surbhi Jyoti is like a breeze of fresh air. Surbhi is playing this role brilliantly by her innocent but effective expressions. Zoya is always confused and that makes her role cute. Surbhi has got into the skin of the character, her acting is very natural and doesn’t look made up.

Zoya and Asad are currently the most loved couple on Indian Television right now. Surbhi has taken her task of wooing the audience by Zoya’s innocence very seriously and has successfully taken over. She is different from many other leading ladies of tinsel town. Heavy duty melodrama, makeup, extra dose of  expressions are not Surbhi’s forte. She plays her part in a very simple manner.

There is Madhubala who is mad for RK, we can see how melodramatic that character becomes sometimes, there is Anandi who can cry at the drop of a hat. Gopi bahu whose role I think is little unbelievable, how can a girl tolerate non sense happening in her house for so long?? Then we have Priya, who has become a house hold name just because of Sakshi Tanwar’s amazing acting.

But, Zoya is an extremely well chalked out character of a modern Muslim girl who knows her values and traditions yet she is aware of her rights. She knows what she is doing. She is a big supporter of women empowerement. Though she acts like an innocnet baby when it comes to her love for Asad but Zoya’s story is different than many other bahus & betiyaan of small screen. Zoya is a ‘girl next door’ with no frills, or complexities, she has her own opinions. Girls can relate to her character.

Zoya is fun loving, pretty and full of life but she is not foolish. She has morals and is here with a goal. Her scenes in the show are very refreshing especially when there are small romantic encounters with Asad miyaan. Though Surbhi is a Punjabi girl, she is doing full justice to Zoya’s character. Her mannerisms, her Urdu accent is highly commendable. Qubool Hai has really infused  a new life into daily soaps which are flooded with Gujarati and Maharashtrian families. The drama of a Muslim household is a fresh concept. We had Hinna serial in 90′s which was a huge hit among audiences. After a long time, Qubool Hai has broken the cliche.

Coincidentally,  Surbhi had  played Muslim girl Mehtab in her first play and is playing a Muslim girl again in her first Hindi daily soap ever. According to Surbhi, the character came very easily to her and she didn’t need any cues during the audition. Though she is quite similar to her on-screen character — they both don’t like serious people and cricket is their favorite sport — there are also a lot of differences. She observes, “While I don’t like eating outside, Zoya only eats pizza. And I hate pizza. Only I know how I have shot scenes where I was required to dig into pizzas. In real life, I am a cleanliness freak and Zoya is messy.”
