iDubba is a web and mobile platform which helps user get tv related information anytime they want. We take some inputs from our users and we intend to provide them with targeted and relevant tv related information over multiple platforms. Our users are those who are registered with us and use our service. In future we will act as a bridge between users, tv broadcasters and advertisers and we need to ensure that we never misuse any information taken from any user. On the other hand we need some of your personal information to achieve the goal of website- “tv show suggestions/recommendations based on your choice, sharing information on social networks and using our applications on facebook and android”. iDubba collects user submitted account information such as email address and mobile phone number to identify you and send you notifications related to the use of the service. iDubba also collects user submitted personal information such as date of birth, profession and gender. iDubba also collects your activity information over web. If you login via facebook, we get access to the information which is shown during confirmation pop up. Note: we don't publish anything on your facebook wall without your permission.

Currently we only use your information to help you get relevant shows/movies information from idubba. We don’t show your personal information to any 3rd party or to any of your friends whom you invite on iDubba. We use your mobile number and email id to send you alerts and reminders. In addition to this we may also send special/featured shows’ details on your mail or mobile occasionally. Your email address may also be used when you send an email notification to a friend (such as in an invitation and recommending a show). We may also use your email address to send you updates or news regarding our site. Additionally, we use your email address to contact you on behalf of your friends (such as when someone sends you a personal message). Browser-type related information, ip address, requested url, referring url, and timestamp data help us diagnose problems with our server, administer iDubba, and otherwise provide the highest possible level of service to you. In addition, we use this information to perform statistical analyses of user behavior and characteristics in order to measure interest in and use of the various areas of the site (using analytics code). We may also your facebook information if you login via facebook or use our facebook app.

Currently we don’t transfer any of your information to 3rd parties, we may do so in near future as and when it’s required. Please revisit this section when we make changes to it. We’ll put up a notice on our homepage when we change our privacy policy.

7. Under age policy

Since iDubba contains content related to tv we specifically don’t stop anyone from using the website. However the information from any child under the age of 13 is not directly saved and we only use the general information to give search results to the kid. Should a child whom we know to be under 13 send personal information to us, we will use that information only to respond directly to that child (or a parent or guardian) to inform him or her that we must have parental consent before receiving his or her personal information.

10. Facebook App privacy

a). We use Facebook app to make your experience on iDubba truly social and awesome. Our website and our Android/iPhone apps uses Facebook app to-

• Login via Facebook.
• Post of user's wall.
• Getting friends list of user.
• Get date of birth, email id, gender information of user (if available publicly).

b). How we use this information?

• For logging in to the website/app as a genuine user. Facebook login simplifies the registration process.
• Friends list is used in case user wants to "invite" his/her friends on to the application.
• We post an update on user's wall only when he is interested.
• User's profile details are used to create the profile of user on iDubba. In case date of birth, email id and gender is not publicly available we use Facebook token to identify the users.

c). Display, Share and transferring user's Facebook data:

• We do not display any personal information (email id or date of birth), friend's list etc on user's public profile on iDubba.
• We absolutely do not SHARE any information outside iDubba.
• User can disconnect his/her Facebook account directly from our settings page.
