iDubba is a web and mobile platform which helps user get tv related information
anytime they want. We take some inputs from our users and we intend to provide them
with targeted and relevant tv related information over multiple platforms. Our users
are those who are registered with us and use our service. In future we will act
as a bridge between users, tv broadcasters and advertisers and we need to ensure
that we never misuse any information taken from any user. On the other hand we need
some of your personal information to achieve the goal of website- “tv show suggestions/recommendations
based on your choice”. Hence by using iDubba you are agreeing here to allow us use
your personal data as mentioned below in details. You should review this page whenever
you feel concerned about your privacy on idubba.

is owned and operated by iNiD digimedia pvt ltd. The website is offered subject

In order to use or access major iDubba services, you may be required to register
with iDubba site and to select a password and user name, which shall consist of

immediate termination of your account. You may not:

that occur under your user id and password. Any user id and password provided to
you for your access to the iDubba service shall be for your personal use only. You
agree to
2a.Immediately notify iNiD digimedia of any unauthorized use of your user id or
password, and
2b.Ensure that you exit from your account at the end of each session.
Use of the site and services by members.
You may search the iDubba site database for entertainment listings, reviews and
business contact information. You may forward reviews to people you know, whether
or not they are existing idubba site users. You may invite people you know to join
iDubba site. You may download or copy the portions of the information, data, text,
sound, photographs, graphics, video, messages and other materials available via
the iDubba service ("content"), and other items displayed on the iDubba site, for
your own use, provided that you maintain all copyright and other notices contained
in such content. You understand that by using the iDubba service you may be exposed
to content that is offensive, indecent or objectionable. Under no circumstances
will iNiD digimedia be liable in any way for any content, including any errors or
omissions in any content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result

or index any portion of the iDubba site and/or iDubba service;
· Collect any information about other users or members (including but not limited

reviews with other iDubba site users or members;
· Reformat or frame any portion of the web pages that are part of the iDubba site
and/or iDubba service;
· Create user accounts by automated means or under false or fraudulent pretenses;
· Create or transmit unwanted electronic communications such as "spam" to other
users or members of the iDubba site and/or iDubba service or otherwise interfere
with other user's or member's enjoyment of the iDubba site and/or iDubba service;
· Submit any third party materials or content without such third party's prior written
consent;
· Submit any content or material that falsely express or imply that such content
or material is sponsored or endorsed by iNiD digimedia;
· Submit any content or material that infringes, misappropriates or violates the
intellectual property, publicity, privacy or other proprietary rights of any party;
· Transmit any viruses, worms, defects, trojan horses or other items of a destructive
nature;
· Use of the iDubba site or iDubba services to violate the security of any computer
network, crack passwords or security encryption codes, transfer or store illegal
material including that are deemed threatening or obscene;
· Copy or store any content offered on the iDubba site for other than your own use;
· Submit content or materials that are unlawful or promote or encourage illegal
activity;
· Submit false or misleading information to iNiD digimedia or at iDubba site;
· Take any action that imposes, or may impose in our sole discretion, an unreasonable
or disproportionately large load on our it infrastructure;
· Use the iDubba site and/ or iDubba service, intentionally or unintentionally,
to violate any applicable local, state, national or international law; or
· Collect or store personal data about other users in connection with the prohibited
activities described in this paragraph.
Fees and payment
All services are free for users and they can continue using those for free until
they abide by these terms of services. International audience this site may be accessed
from countries other than india. this site may contain products or references to
products that are not available outside of india. Any such references do not imply
that such products will be made available outside india. If you access and use this
site outside india you are responsible for complying with your local laws and regulations.
Content posted on other websites

Other trademarks, service marks, graphics and logos used in connection with the
website may be the trademarks of other third parties. Your use of the website grants
you no right or license to reproduce or otherwise use any iNiD digimedia or third-party

Changes

General representation and warranty
You represent and warrant that

policy, with this agreement and with all applicable laws and regulations (including

all applicable laws regarding the transmission of technical data exported from india
or the country in which you reside) and
(ii) Your use of the website will not infringe or misappropriate the intellectual

Indemnification

licensors, and their respective directors, officers, employees and agents from and
against any and all claims and expenses, including attorneys’ fees, arising out

will be the courts located in new delhi, india. The prevailing party in any action
or proceeding to enforce this agreement shall be entitled to costs and attorneys’
fees. If any part of this agreement is held invalid or unenforceable, that part
will be construed to reflect the parties’ original intent, and the remaining portions
will remain in full force and effect.A waiver by either party of any term or condition
of this agreement or any breach thereof, in any one instance, will not waive such
term or condition or any subsequent breach thereof. You may assign your rights under
this agreement to any party that consents to, and agrees to be bound by, its terms
and conditions; iNiD digimedia may assign its rights under this agreement without
condition. This agreement will be binding upon and will inure to the benefit of
the parties, their successors and permitted assigns.
