A daughter, wife, mother and working woman! That's history! The new Indian woman has added a few more adjectives along the way. She's now a "responsible" daughter, a wife who is also "an understanding companion", an "efficient and capable" mother and besides other responsibilities, also a "competitive" career woman. She's not easily perturbed and openly talks about health and other matters and typifies THE WOMEN ON TOP!
If only this was true of every woman in India. Unfortunately it is not. And that's why this show. WOMEN ON TOP will showcase those women who are not hesitant or afraid to talk about real life issues affecting their health, their bodies ... and their relationships! Women who have survived breast cancer and chosen not to opt for reconstructive surgery, women who openly use botox, those that don't shy away from talking about post-natal depression and openly demand from their partners what they want sexually.
We expect the show to reflect for the first time on Indian television, the modern Indian woman in her candidly vocal and uninhibited best.
